Ingredients
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
- 1 large can asparagus
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. pimento (optional)
- 2 c. sharp cheese
Method
- In buttered casserole dish, put 1/2 tube crushed Ritz crackers.
- Add can of drained asparagus.
- Mix soup with milk and add pimento.
- Pour over asparagus.
- Top with grated cheese and 1/2 tube crushed Ritz crackers.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
