Ingredients
- 2 cups loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Method
