Ingredients
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. peanut oil
- 1/3 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. sugar
- pinch of white pepper
- celery seed
- 1/3 c. honey
Method
- Mix all ingredients, adding celery seed to taste, in blender or food processor.
- Store in refrigerator; this will not separate. Use as dressing for any raw vegetable salad.
- Makes 3 cups.
