Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 4 eggs (extra large)
- 1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. each: white pepper, oregano and Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Method
- Drain marinade from 1 jar artichokes into a small frypan. Drain the other jar.
- Chop artichokes fine, discarding any hard pieces; set aside.
- Add onion and garlic to marinade and saute until limp.
- Drain off excess marinade.
