Ingredients
- 12 small round honeysnap biscuits (cookies)
- 12 large white marshmallows
- 20 g (3/4 oz) butter
- sweets (candy), to decorate
Method
1. Place a biscuit in each paper patty case.
2. Place the marshmallows and butter in a small heatproof bowl and set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
3. Spoon the mixture over the biscuits. Decorate with clusters of sweets. Refrigerate until set.
