Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts in oil, drain
- 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1 onion (purple), chopped and cut fine
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Mix all together.
- Put in refrigerator.
- Before serving, mix 1 box mushrooms, cut in pieces, then serve.
