Ingredients
- 1 can artichokes
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. butter
Method
- Cook artichokes until tender.
- Beat drained artichokes with an electric mixer until they are in small pieces.
- Add cheese, butter and garlic powder.
- Mix and serve warm with crackers.
