Ingredients
- 1 jar Artichokes
- 1/2 c. Mayonaise
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
Method
- Drain artichokes.
- Using sharp knife, cut out 'choke' part.
- Throw away leaves.
- Mix minced 'chokes', mayo and cheese in blender.
- Heat in mirco or possibly oven.
- Serve with crackers or possibly bread chunks.
- This dip is VERY good and Very rich.
