Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
- 1 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
- 2 (7 oz.) cans diced green chilies
- 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Mix together all ingredients except 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake in 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish at 325° for 30 minutes.
- Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and strips of pimento.
- Serve warm with Doritos.
