Ingredients
- 1 (5 3/4 oz.) jar Zatarain's Creole mustard
- 5 tsp. horseradish
- 3 Tbsp. sweet Hungarian paprika*
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- black pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 lb. shrimp, boiled and peeled
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except shrimp.
- Pour over shrimp; marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve ice cold shrimp over a bed of shredded lettuce on individual salad plates.
