Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 pkg. Ranch style dressing (original recipe)
  • 3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small chopped onion

Method

  • Cut lettuce and cauliflower in layers and place in deep dish. Spread mayonnaise on top of lettuce and cauliflower.
  • Sprinkle Ranch style dressing and Parmesan cheese on top of mayonnaise. Crumble bacon and chopped onion on top.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Toss before serving.
