Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Method
- Heat pineapple in juice.
- Sprinkle Jell-O over top of pineapple and mix well.
- Let set until cool.
- Add buttermilk and fold in Cool Whip. Chill until firm.
