Ingredients
- 6 oz. apricot jello
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 1 medium Cool Whip
- 1 medium cottage cheese
Method
- Drain pineapple, but leave some juice. Place jello in drained pineapple and mix until jello is dissolved.
- Add carton of cottage cheese, mixing well, then add drained mandarin orange slices. Fold in Cool Whip. Place in 13 x 9-inch dish.
- Place in refrigerator to congeal.
- It is better next day or needs all day to firm.
