Ingredients
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 2 cans beef bouillon
Method
- Melt butter in pan; add chopped onions.
- Stir and cook a few minutes.
- Add beef bouillon, 1 cup uncooked rice and mushrooms. Stir well; pour into casserole dish.
- Cover; cook in 350° oven for approximately 1 hour or until rice absorbs the liquid.
