Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 3 c. corn flakes
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. flake type coconut
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Method
- Stir butter and sugar.
- Mix in cornflakes, nuts and coconut. Line bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan with 2/3 of mixture. Chill.
- Fill with ice cream and sprinkle with remaining corn flake mixture on top, pressing lightly into ice cream.
- Serve with chocolate topping or any other flavor.
- May serve plain.
