- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 3/4 c. apricot nectar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/3 c. apricot nectar
- 1 stick oleo
Method
- In saucepan, combine ingredients.
- Heat slowly until sugar lumps disappear.
- Cool in pan until completely cool.
- Turn out on cake plate.
