- 16 oz. ground turkey or beef
- 1/2 c. mushrooms (canned)
- 1 c. canned carrots
- 1 c. canned green beans
- 3/4 oz. dried bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 oz. rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Drain mushrooms, carrots and green beans.
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In medium bowl, combine mushrooms, carrots, green beans, bread crumbs and 1 egg.
- Set aside.
- In large bowl, combine meat, onion, oats, 1 egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Spread half of mixture in bottom of ungreased loaf pan. Cover with vegetable mixture, spreading evenly.
- Spread remaining meat mixture over vegetables.
- Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes before serving.
