Ingredients

  • 16 oz. ground turkey or beef
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms (canned)
  • 1 c. canned carrots
  • 1 c. canned green beans
  • 3/4 oz. dried bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 oz. rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Method

  • Drain mushrooms, carrots and green beans.
  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • In medium bowl, combine mushrooms, carrots, green beans, bread crumbs and 1 egg.
  • Set aside.
  • In large bowl, combine meat, onion, oats, 1 egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Spread half of mixture in bottom of ungreased loaf pan. Cover with vegetable mixture, spreading evenly.
  • Spread remaining meat mixture over vegetables.
  • Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
  • Cool 10 minutes before serving.
