Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. rhubarb, cut into small pieces
Method
- Line an 8-inch pie plate with pastry.
- Sift sugar and flour together and combine with beaten egg.
- Stir rhubarb into mixture. Pour into pastry lined plate.
- Cover with top crust or lattice crust.
- Trim and seal.
- Bake in a hot oven at 400° for about 35 minutes.
