Ingredients
- 1 small can apricot halves
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
Method
- Drain apricots and slice.
- Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool.
- Reserve 1/2 cup jello and add apricots to remainder.
- Pour into serving dish.
- Fold Cool Whip into reserved jello and pour on top.
- Chill.
- Yield: 6 servings.
