Ingredients
- 1 cup Gluten Free Instant Oats
- 1 cup Refrigerated Coconut Or Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Apples, Divided
Method
- In a small jar, mix all ingredients except for 1 tablespoon chopped apple. Refrigerate overnight.
- Garnish with remaining 1 tablespoon chopped apple, more maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon (optional).
