Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. margarine or butter
- scallions
- mushrooms
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 cans beef broth
- 1 1/2 cans water
Method
- Saute bottoms of scallions or one good size onion.
- Let get semi-soft.
- Add mushrooms, then add rice and soy sauce.
- Let cook ten minutes.
- Heat oven to 350°.
