Ingredients
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1/2 c. diced apples
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 2 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2/3 c. dry milk
- 10 pkg. Sweet 'N Low sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spray muffin pan with Pam.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Makes 12 low calorie muffins.
