Ingredients
- 6 c. peeled sliced apples (about 6 medium)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
Method
- Place apples in an 8-inch square, greased casserole pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Combine flour, brown sugar and butter. Spread mixture over sugared apples. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until fruit is tender and top is browned. Serve warm with ice cream.
