Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix (4 serving size)
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 4 eggs
Method
- Preheat
- oven to 350°.
- Generously grease and flour one 10-inch tube
- pan
- or
- fluted
- pan or 2 (8 x 1 1/2-inch) round layers or one (13 x 9 x 2-inch) oblong pan. Blend all ingredients in

- bowl.
- Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 350° (50 to 60 minutes for tube pan or fluted pan; 38 to 40 minutes for round layers or 40 to 45 minutes for oblong pan). Cake

- when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
