Ingredients
- 4 c. green apples, sliced
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. flour
Method
- Place apples and water in 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Mix in butter until mixture is crumbs; sprinkle mixture over apples.
- Bake at 350° for 40 or 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
