Ingredients
- 6 to 8 cored, peeled and sliced apples
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.
- Lay apples in 8-inch buttered pan.
- Mix brown sugar, butter and flour.
- Spread on top of apples.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over top.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Serve warm.
