Ingredients
- 1 pie shell
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 3 apples (green), peeled, cored and sliced thin
- 1 c. cream
- 8 oz. Jack cheese, shredded
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Heap apples into pie shell.
- Sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon (reserve a little for top). Beat cream and eggs together.
- Pour over the apples.
- Spread Jack cheese on top. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
- Let sit 10 minutes, then serve.
