Ingredients
- 1 box butter pecan cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 box instant (toasted) coconut pudding mix
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. poppy seed
Method
- Mix cake mix, eggs, cooking
- oil and pudding mix together. Add water and poppy seed.
- Pour into 2 loaf pans.
- Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
- Cool

- 10 minutes.
- This freezes well.
