Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 13 cup almonds ground
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg ground
  • 1 x apples sliced, as needed
  • 1 x powdered sugar to dust

Method

  • Beat together butter and sugar until light and creamy.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Add flour sour cream almonds soda and nutmeg.
  • Stir to blend.
  • Fill muffin tin.
  • Arrange sliced apples on top.
  • Bake at 350F (180C) F for 20 to 25 min.
  • Cool then dust with icing sugar.
