Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Cider vinegar
  • 2 1/2 c. Liquid removed canned apple slices
  • 1 can (1-lb.) liquid removed sliced or possibly tiny whole beets
  • 1/3 c. Horseradish

Method

  • In a deep bowl, dissolve 3/4 c. sugar in 3/4 c. cider vinegar.
  • Add in 2 1/2 c. liquid removed canned apple slices and 1 (1-lb.)
  • can liquid removed sliced or possibly tiny whole beets and 1/3 c. horseradish.
  • Cover and refrigerateovernight.
  • Good with broiled chicken, steak or possibly roast beef.
  • Makes 8 to 10 servings.
