Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. Liquid removed canned apple slices
- 1 can (1-lb.) liquid removed sliced or possibly tiny whole beets
- 1/3 c. Horseradish
Method
- In a deep bowl, dissolve 3/4 c. sugar in 3/4 c. cider vinegar.
- Add in 2 1/2 c. liquid removed canned apple slices and 1 (1-lb.)
- can liquid removed sliced or possibly tiny whole beets and 1/3 c. horseradish.
- Cover and refrigerateovernight.
- Good with broiled chicken, steak or possibly roast beef.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
