Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Method
- Butter a 9 x 9-inch square pan.
- Spread nuts on bottom of pan. Cream butter and sugar over heat and bring to a boil for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Spread over nuts.
- Sprinkle morsels over the top and spread to melt.
- Put cookie sheet over the top to hold in the heat to melt morsels.
- While warm, cut in squares; then chill until firm.
