Ingredients

  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. goldfish or oyster crackers
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, melted
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Spray a 2-quart casserole pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine cheese, crackers and melted margarine.
  • Layer in casserole 1/2 of the cracker mixture, 1/2 of the broccoli and 1/2 of the soup.
  • Repeat layers one more time, ending with soup.
  • Cover and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
