Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. goldfish or oyster crackers
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, melted
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spray a 2-quart casserole pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cheese, crackers and melted margarine.
- Layer in casserole 1/2 of the cracker mixture, 1/2 of the broccoli and 1/2 of the soup.
- Repeat layers one more time, ending with soup.
- Cover and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
