Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 cut up chicken fryer
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Method
- Place all ingredients but chicken and soup mix in glass casserole dish.
- Mix well.
- Put chicken on top, then sprinkle soup mix on top.
- Cover and bake 2 1/2 hours at 350°.
- Do not uncover until done.
