Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. canned evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp. flavoring (your choice)
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 c. water
Method
- Beat eggs well.
- Add sugar and beat.
- Add water, milk, flavoring, butter and flour; mix well, then stir in coconut.
- Pour in a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, until coconut browns and pie is set.
