Ingredients

  • 350 grams macaroni noodles (pasta)
  • 3/4 cup carrots, finely chopped (boiled for 15 minutes)
  • 2 cup boiled chicken meat (flaked)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, diced
  • 2 tsp sifted white sugar

Method

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  • Drain and let it cool in a large bow.
  • Combine all ingredients to the pasta, mixing gently until well blended.
  • Add the cheese and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or more before serving
  • Taste test a small portion and add more sugar and salt if desired.
