- 350 grams macaroni noodles (pasta)
- 3/4 cup carrots, finely chopped (boiled for 15 minutes)
- 2 cup boiled chicken meat (flaked)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 white onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, diced
- 2 tsp sifted white sugar
Method
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and let it cool in a large bow.
- Combine all ingredients to the pasta, mixing gently until well blended.
- Add the cheese and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or more before serving
- Taste test a small portion and add more sugar and salt if desired.
- Serve, share and enjoy!
