Ingredients

  • 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 tbsp. corn oil
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tbsp. finely minced onion
  • 1 (1 pound 1 ounce.) can (2 c.) cream style corn
  • 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 c. scalded lowfat milk
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 10 ounce. grated frzn peas

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together except paprika.
  • Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Set in pan of warm water and bake in 350 degree (moderate) oven till knife inserted in center of pudding comes out clean, about 1 hour and 10 min.
  • Makes about 6 servings.
