Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. carrots
- 1 c. celery
- 1/2 c. onion*
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 to 2 c. chopped meat**
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- salt, pepper and m.s.g.
Method
- Brown meat or, if fresh, cook until done.
- Add vegetables; heat thoroughly.
- Push meat and vegetables to the side of pan or wok; scramble eggs until done.
- Add salt, pepper and season to taste. Add cooked rice; mix and heat thoroughly.
- You may add soy sauce if you like (careful, it is salty!!).
