Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Rice
- 1/3 lb Shrimp
- 4 Rice Paper Rolls
Method
- Soften rice paper in a shallow dish of warm water.
- It will look like this once you bring it out of the water.
- Combine ingredients into the rice roll.
- Add any veggie you would like !
- Roll up so all ingredients are tucked in neatly.
- I did my best and this is my first time experimenting.. What can I say I tried.
