Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
  • 4 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb./450 g), 3/4 inch thick
  • 4 drained canned pineapple rings

Method

  • Heat greased barbecue to high heat.
  • Mix barbecue sauce and soy sauce until blended.
  • Grill chops 1-1/2 min.
  • on each side.
  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Brush chops lightly with barbecue sauce mixture; grill 4 min.
  • Turn chops; brush with remaining sauce.
  • Add pineapple to barbecue; grill chops and pineapple 3 to 4 min.
  • or until chops are done (160 degrees F) and pineapple is heated through.
  • Serve chops topped with pineapple.
