Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 26 large marshmallows
- 1 1/2 c. canned milk, divided
- 2 1/2 c. sugar, divided
- 1 1/4 oz. pkg. coconut
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 c. almonds, sliced
- 1/2 c. butter
Method
- Prepare cake as directed.
- Bake in a 10 x 15-inch pan or cookie sheet.
- While cake bakes, melt marshmallows, 1 cup canned milk and 1 cup sugar; add coconut.
- Pour over cake as soon as it comes from oven.
- Mix butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup canned milk; bring to boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Add 6 ounces chocolate chips and almonds; pour over coconut layer.
