Ingredients

  • 8 3/4 ounces dark chocolate melted
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk at room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cups cornflakes
  • 1 cup sliced almonds + 2 tbsp
  • 3 1/2 ounces glace cherries halved
  • 2 1/2 ounces peanuts roasted unsalted
  • 3 ounces raisins
  • 1 1/2 ounces currants
  • 1 tablespoon candied citrus peel

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 7 x 11 inch baking tray with foil then lightly spray with oil. Spread 7 oz melted chocolate into prepared pan and chill until set. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over chilled chocolate base and bake for 12-15 mins until golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Drizzle with remaining melted chocolate then cut into triangles and serve.
