Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. chuck or round steak
- 1 can green beans
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Get a piece of foil out big enough to seal all ingredients in.
- Place steak on foil; season with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Place sliced potatoes on top of steak.
- Add drained can of green beans on top.
- Sprinkle onion soup on top and then add 4 tablespoons butter on top.
- Seal all in foil.
- Place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Serves 4.
