Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 c. real mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese plus 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Saut onion in butter.
- Mix with all other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Place in baking dish and sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
