Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 to 3 zucchini squash
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Melt butter in frying pan.
- Add chopped onion and cook until tender.
- Slice zucchini thin and add to butter and onions.
- Cook on low heat until squash starts to get tender.
- Add tomatoes, salt and sugar.
- Cook on low heat for 1/2 hour.
- Then put in a greased baking dish.
- Top with sharp cheese and bake in oven for 15 minutes.
