Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- coarse salt
Method
- Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water.
- Set aside.
- Add flour.
- Work dough until it does not stick when poked with finger.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, turn to coat and cover with a towel.
- Let rise for 4 hours or refrigerate overnight.
- Punch down and let rise for 10 minutes before rolling.
