Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Add to taste
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (9 ounce) can can rotel, drained
- 1 (4 -5 ounce) can chopped green chilies
Method
- Brown and drain meat and onion.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
- Add soups, Rotel & chiles.
- Simmer to blend flavors, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- For best flavor, make a day before serving. Good to serve from a crockpot.
- Do not freeze - it gets too runny!
