Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsweetened carob chips
- 1/8 teaspoon 100 percent pure mint oil. (spearmint, wintergreen, cinnamon)
- Suggested garnishes: sliced almonds, chopped coconut or chopped peanuts
Method
- In a small pan on medium heat, melt carob chips.
- Add mint oil.
- Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of melted carob and mint oil into bottom of confection candy cups.
- Chill 10 minutes.
- Keep refrigerated
