Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork, cut into big cubes
- 4 Tbsp. crushed garlic
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- soy sauce to taste
- 2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
Method
- Marinate meat for at least 1 hour.
- Boil all together.
- Don't mix while boiling; it will become too sour.
- When meat is cooked and tender, take out meat and fry meat until brown.
- Pour liquid over fried meat and serve warm.
