- 1 large fryer
- salt
- 1 large pkg. noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small can pimientos, chopped
- 1 green sweet pepper, chopped
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
Method
- Boil
- large fryer
- until
- tender.
- Salt
- to
- taste. Remove skin and remove meat from bone.
- Cut into small pieces. While chicken
- is
- cooling, cook 1 large package of noodles in chicken broth.
- Mix the soups, pimientos, green pepper and 1/2 of the grated
- cheese
- together.
- Add
- chicken.
- Pour
- into a greased casserole
- dish
- and
- sprinkle remainder of cheese on top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
