Ingredients

  • 1 large fryer
  • salt
  • 1 large pkg. noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small can pimientos, chopped
  • 1 green sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese

Method

  • Boil
  • large fryer
  • until
  • tender.
  • Salt
  • to
  • taste. Remove skin and remove meat from bone.
  • Cut into small pieces. While chicken
  • is
  • cooling, cook 1 large package of noodles in chicken broth.
  • Mix the soups, pimientos, green pepper and 1/2 of the grated
  • cheese
  • together.
  • Add
  • chicken.
  • Pour
  • into a greased casserole
  • dish
  • and
  • sprinkle remainder of cheese on top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
