Ingredients
- 8 wings Chicken wing tips
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1 dash Krazy Salt
Method
- Wash the chicken by splashing it, and make cuts on top so it cooks easier.
- After you have washed the chicken properly, put the chicken wings on a tray skin side up.
- Take the ingredients, mix them together, and coat evenly.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and coat with Krazy Salt.
- Grill skin side down for 4 minutes on medium heat.
- When nicely browned, flip and grill over medium heat for 6 minutes.
- And they are done!
- This is recipe also works for the wing's midsection.
- Personally I like to make soup with the wing tips!
